Refund Request Form

All refund requests must be submitted online. 

Note: When the form is submitted, a message will appear indicating the form is closed. You will receive a confirmation email within 1 hour after the form is submitted.

Important: Refunds are not processed automatically and must be requested by the student using the form below. If classes have been dropped online or in person, the refund request form below is still required to be submitted. Students may choose to leave a credit on the student account to cover future enrollment charges.
